Jerry is an experienced and successful business leader, with a strong recent track record as a non-executive. He previously had over 30 years experience as an executive director. Jerry has played a key role in several leading recruitment businesses developing and delivering on their strategies. 

Jerry is a KPMG qualified fellow chartered accountant. Since 1990, when he left KPMG, his roles have included being Managing Director of one of the UK’s largest general staffing businesses and COO of several others.

Jerry has been involved in legal recruitment since 1994. He has been a board member or adviser of some of the most significant legal businesses in the sector including QD Group, TMP Worldwide (now Hudson), Totum Partners,  Fox Rodney and Flex Legal and of course now Cyan Partners.

Recent projects Jerry has been involved in have varied from moving a business candidate attraction process to TikTok, assessing and implementing a new temp payroll system and undertaking the majority of the work for a B Corp application. He has also been involved in a range of charitable activities over the years, including a recent 65 mile cycle for The Christie Cancer Hospital and in 2006 he led a team of 20 employees of Reed (with 18 summiting) up Kilimanjaro raising the funds for the trip and for a local Arusha.school.

Outside of work Jerry has a keen interest in travel, watching (preferably live) sports and playing some (golf, padel, skiing), reading and cooking (when he has time).
