Gerry is a specialist in Partner and Senior Lawyer search and recruitment. He became a legal recruiter in 2006 having previously qualified as a Barrister and a Solicitor. 

He works on searches for leading UK, US, Global and Specialist Law Firms to develop their operations in the London market through the strategic recruitment of individual partners, teams and group/multiple hires. Successful introductions in recent years have been in practice areas including (but not limited to), corporate M&A, corporate VC, corporate ECM, employment, partnership law, pensions, financial services regulatory (including digital assets), commercial disputes, international arbitration, white collar crime & investigations, construction, insurance and reinsurance, and business immigration.

Gerry has extensive experience representing individual partners and teams who require help and advice on moving to new firms. He is known for his considerable market knowledge, strong client relationships, straightforward advice, and honest, friendly approach.

Gerry is passionate about the academic, personal, and social development of young people, and has had significant involvement in community organisations including spending five years as a Trustee of a Multi-Academy Trust in South-East London. The rest of Gerry’s spare time is spent with his family and usually involves watching his three sons play sports.
